Yes, I know, this is not the first video editing tool for Linux but from what I have seen it is currently one of the most promising. I'm not about to criticise the other offerings and the hard work that has undoubtedly gone into them but Pitivi just looks convincing.<br /> <br /> Lack of video editing software (along with other media creation) is one of the biggest hurdles when it comes to weaning users of Windows and onto Linux.
